Waveium is a Swedish deep-tech company based in Malmö — probably building the world's most powerful tool of its kind. Our mission is to make accurate wireless simulation instant and effortless, so that anyone planning, building, or researching wireless systems can know their radio landscape before committing to it. No supercomputer. No PhD. No guesswork.

We didn't license this technology — we built it. The founders derived the mathematical algorithm themselves, implemented it themselves, and validated it against years of measurement campaigns they ran themselves. Waveium stands on decades of combined industrial and academic research, and on physics checked against reality, signal by signal.

William Tärneberg
CEO

Worked at Ericsson and Sony before earning his PhD in electrical engineering at Lund University, where he also served as Assistant Professor. At Waveium he drives the strategic vision and technology engineering, bringing a global perspective from international deployments.

CTO

Spent years at the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI) before his PhD in electrical engineering at Lund University. At Waveium he leads the development and packaging of the API.

Aleksei Fedorov

Mathematician turned wireless scientist: Boeing, Huawei, a PhD from Otago, and seven years of channel modeling research at Lund University. Aleksei built the simulation engine Waveium is founded on — his job now is to make sure it stays true to the physics.

Nikita Lyamin

Holds a dual PhD in wireless communications from Sweden and Spain, with deep experience in how wireless technologies are designed, validated, and deployed. At Waveium he leads product strategy, commercialisation, and partnerships — translating advanced modeling into practical tools for customers.
